From 13 August New Theatre Institute of Latvia in collaboration with internationally renowned theatre director, dramaturg and visual artist Tim Etchells<\/a> and four artists from Latvia \u2013 Santa Remere, J\u0101nis Balodis, Kirils \u0112cis and Inta Balode \u2013 invite inhabitants of R\u012bga and guests of the city to go on expedition and enjoy urban installations \u201cWritten in Neon. Riga<\/a>\u201d.
