He is actually looking for movements that come about when dancers \u201cexplore those areas of their mind yet untouched by civilisation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The starting point of tauberbach is Marco Prado&#8217;s documentary Estamira, telling the story of a woman who suffers from schizophrenia and who lives and works at a waste disposal site in Rio de Janeiro. She has developed her own very particular way of communicating with the small community she lives in. Hence the theme: \u201chow to live or even survive with dignity under nearly impossible circumstances\u201d. Schizophrenic, but very charismatic, she&#8217;s the leader of a small community of old people living off garbage and has a very lyrical and philosophical attitude towards life. The tour took them to major capital cities including Berlin, Paris and Tokyo. After more than 100 performances piti\u00e9! \u00a0concluded in Kinshasa, the capital of the Democratic Republic Kongo.
